fantastic location with thoughtful touches
central location clean room complimentary pastry
i appreciated the hotel's central location. the rooms are modern and clean. i found the complimentary pastries and water outside the door each morning to be a lovely touch. the 24-hour coffee and snack bar downstairs was convenient!
i noticed that the elevator was quite small for the number of rooms.

rooms are spacious and quiet despite the central location. each morning, i received a surprise of water bottles and pastries delivered to my room. the rooms are very nice and clean, meeting my expectations for a comfortable stay.

The staff was helpful and spoke english. the desk clerk at check-in was informative. he helped with directions and suggestions when many places were closed. personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated their assistance.

excellent downtown stay
amazing location convenient metro elevator access friendly staff
the location near puerta del sol was amazing, i found the metro entrance quite convenient. elevator access was a plus since i carried heavy luggage. i not sketchy at all with many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay.
the a/c is centrally controlled, the room felt stuffy, and i was not offered a fan when i asked for one.

Staff members were always available and offered quick assistance. They handled all requests efficiently. the reception area was clean and well-kept. daily housekeeping services maintained a high standard of tidiness.

the hotel is ideally situated close to several key attractions and public transportation hubs. i found many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within a short walking distance. access to major landmarks was very easy.
