The location was central, with access to many key attractions. The room size felt generous. It was easy to relax and move around. The staff members were friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile and provided prompt assistance. The room decor was modern.
Unfortunately, the sound isolation was not ideal, as noise from the hallway was audible inside the room. It made relaxation a bit challenging during peak hours.

the location was acceptable to me. it was near the metro station.
The receptionist pabalo spoke rudely when i needed coffee mugs. he insisted i call room service myself. housekeeping also did not replace the hand soap. I had no soap one evening.

i was really surprised by the comfortable bed. the bathroom was large and well-appointed. the underground parking was secure and convenient. i appreciated its proximity to the city center amenities.
i noticed the noise from the tv area. it was like an intermittent whistle constantly present. i reported it, but the issue remained unresolved after my return.

the staff was very helpful. the room was super clean, and towels were changed each day. the bed was very comfortable.
the entire hotel lacks an iron or clothes steamer. i was forced to get items ironed. early check-in came with an extra charge even with my pregnant wife.

at check out, they insisted i pay minibar charges. i did not consume anything from it. the situation ruined my otherwise experience.
