strange layout basic amenities
The staff were consistently helpful. I guess that was acceptable.
i found the room's layout very strange. everything felt too close together (i mean, really close). the shower was separate from the toilet, and the sink was basically in the middle of the room. also, the hotel didn't have basics in the room, like a can opener or instant coffee. where's the convenience?

the staff were very helpful. they gave excellent local area knowledge upon arrival. the room was quiet. the shower worked well.
the floor material was odd in my room. it felt a bit weird. the open bathroom in the living area could be awkward if sharing with a friend. i think it is heavily overpriced.

totally fab stay!
lovely staff free coffee safe luggage
the staff was super lovely. nuvia especially was so nice. i loved the free coffee, and the courtyard was perfect to cool down with my morning coffee. they kept my luggage safe while i finished exploring. i really liked that!
the floor material felt a little odd in my room. it made me a bit wary about the cleanliness.

the rooms provide air conditioning which is pretty great for warmer days and comfortable beds makes sleeping easy after an exciting day touring attractions. spacious rooms include international tv channels that is good when you are jet-lagged.

the staff shows attentiveness, and they provide assistance with requests offering a hospitable environment from arrival. the reception provides a warm welcome and ready to assist visitors as required.

the hotel gives free coffee so guest gets caffeine boost. there is complimentary water and a glass of wine for the guests at the common area. the free drinks are good for everyone.

the location is close to the train station. a metro station is about 50 meters away which is great. there is a supermarket down the street open 24 hours. i like that there were many bars and restaurants nearby.

Disappointing Room Setup
strange layout dark breakfast room
The room layout was really strange. The shower felt separated from the toilet, and the sink sat right in the middle of the room. The space felt small. The hotel lack instant coffee and a can opener. I also found the breakfast very underwhelming, offered in a dark room with only croissants, cold meat, juice, milk and a coffee machine.

The location provided easy access to the city center. the staff was helpful and friendly. They answered my questions. the room included water and tea.

I appreciated the helpful staff. The room was very clean, and they got it ready before the stated check-in time! The location is great, and I walked to many places nearby.
The breakfast room was very dark. The selection of food was minimal with no vegetables. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night.
