The hotel's location was really great with convenient access to many sites.
The room design had some flaws. The lack of storage space became apparent . the bathroom offered minimal privacy. the inability to open the windows led to a VERY stuffy atmosphere.

The location was AMAZING. It was very easy to navigate the city from there. The staff were polite and very helpful. They cared. My room was in great condition. I'm so happy with my choice.
I could hear some noise in the hallways late at night. This went on until midnight.

The location was excellent, right behind the opera house. A metro stop was just outside providing easy access to transportation. Shops and the royal palace were less than five minutes away. I found the room quiet, clean, and modern .
I noticed the staff seemed unwilling to provide assistance beyond the absolute basics. I asked for help with my luggage upon checkout for a very early flight. The answer was, 'Sorry, we do not offer that service'.

I ate at the MarMia several times and tried the apple tart. It was super. The breakfast was good with friendly staff. I also found many excellent restaurant options just outside the hotel.

I appreciated the location. It made accessing the city very easy. The room was clean and modern. The hotel restaurant had a good vibe and the food was quite good.
The elevators have an inefficient operation mode. Each one is controlled separately. The room was relatively small with the sink and shower in the room. This made for a somewhat odd layout. I found the service impersonal.
