The staff was really helpful. They assisted me when I had an issue after checking out. I walked back and the staff secured a room for me and something to eat. They helped me get up the stairs during a power outage. It was a comfort to have assistance.
The taxi initially took me to a wrong building. It wasn't ideal after a long journey.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around very easy. The room had cooking facilities and a refrigerator. This was very useful. The shower was a great size too!!!

the bathroom was small, and the shower cubicle was uncomfortable. some things like shower cap were missing. they could not provided it when asked for.
