excellent hotel, great location
spacious room great location helpful staff
The room was spacious and clean, i found it totally aligned with my expectations. location was great. the staff are very helpful. It was great to have people always greeted me. the rooftop bar was a bonus because it offered a view of the royal palace.
i noticed breakfast was very crowded, the food offer wasn't diverse enough, and i had to wait for a table. also, the gym only had two machines and some weights.

The breakfast offer a simple choices. the quality and freshness were amazing. i found some local pastries, and the coffee machine made good cappuccinos. the dining area was well kept and staff worked to keep it clean.

the reception staff always greeted me politely and efficiently. they offered helpful tips for local transport. the check in process was quick and simple, and i appreciated them helping with my luggage.

lovely stay with palace views
central location friendly staff well equipped apartment nice rooftop
the location was central for exploring. staff were friendly and always ready to help. the apartment was clean, bright, and very well equipped. the rooftop bar area provided a nice retreat (especially after a long day of sightseeing).
the elevator made some unusual noises, though it seemed safe enough.

Really good Stay Near the Palace
helpful staff excellent location rooftop lounge
I found the reception staff very helpful and professional at all times. The location proved excellent including easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooftop lounge offered great snacks and drinks with a fine view of the Royal Palace.
The gym has limited equipment including only two machines and some weights.

Breakfast service was available each morning in the dining area I observed it included a variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes I saw that coffee, tea, and juices were also offered.

unkind staff few machines
The gym only had two machines and some weights. during breakfast, staff seemed unkind. A kitchen lady complained because i sat at a table before she prepared it. i waited at the entrance for over five minutes, frustrating.
