Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
slow elevators rude server
The elevators were slow. Waiting took too long. the rooftop bar was disappointing. A server snapped at my husband when he asked to move to a side table. She said all were reserved. We left because it was too loud and not relaxing. The bar downstairs had staff standing around talking. It took five minutes to get service even though we were the only customers. This was not very good.

amazing stay in the heart of it all!
helpful staff super clean room delicious breakfast
the staff was really lovely and helpful (especially the cleaning team!). our room was super clean and well-kept. i found the breakfast to be delicious and the setting quite pleasant. the rooftop bar had a super cozy vibe, too!
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

the staff was attentive from arrival and helpful throughout the stay, especially with providing directions. the cleaning service was efficient and maintained a high level of cleanliness daily. staff at the front desk quickly addressed all requests.

our room included a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. the bathroom was clean and equipped with quality toiletries. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a consistent temperature.

the hotel has a rooftop bar with great views. the gym includes several cardio machines plus free weights. the common areas were well kept and decorated with modern design.

spacious studio comfortable bed many options
the studio gran via view was so spacious. i saw a big, comfortable bed, that was amazing. the location is very central, it helped for shopping and getting around. the breakfast offered many options.
the elevators wait was too long.

mixed feelings about my stay.
slow elevators missing reception desk
the elevators were quite slow, i waited a lot. also, there wasn't a reception desk on the main floor. when i checked in, the guy at the desk didn't greet me. i stood there for five minutes before he acknowledged me? the rooftop bar was loud. i just wanted a relaxing night.
