Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The elevators were slow. Waiting took too long. the rooftop bar was disappointing. A server snapped at my husband when he asked to move to a side table. She said all were reserved. We left because it was too loud and not relaxing. The bar downstairs had staff standing around talking. It took five minutes to get service even though we were the only customers. This was not very good.

the staff was really lovely and helpful (especially the cleaning team!). our room was super clean and well-kept. i found the breakfast to be delicious and the setting quite pleasant. the rooftop bar had a super cozy vibe, too!
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

the studio gran via view was so spacious. i saw a big, comfortable bed, that was amazing. the location is very central, it helped for shopping and getting around. the breakfast offered many options.

the location was perfect for seeing popular attractions. our room was always cleaned very well. i found the staff very helpful at all hours. i appreciate the bottled water provided daily.
the elevators were slow sometimes. i noticed waiting was common, especially during peak hours. this caused some minor delays when going up or down.

slow elevatorsmissing reception desk
the elevators were quite slow, i waited a lot. also, there wasn't a reception desk on the main floor. when i checked in, the guy at the desk didn't greet me. i stood there for five minutes before he acknowledged me? the rooftop bar was loud. i just wanted a relaxing night.
