the studio gran via view was so spacious. i saw a big, comfortable bed, that was amazing. the location is very central, it helped for shopping and getting around. the breakfast offered many options.

perfect locationhelpful staff
the location was perfect for seeing popular attractions. our room was always cleaned very well. i found the staff very helpful at all hours. i appreciate the bottled water provided daily.
i noticed waiting was common, especially during peak hours. this caused some minor delays when going up or down.

mixed feelings about my stay.
missing reception desk
also, there wasn't a reception desk on the main floor. when i checked in, the guy at the desk didn't greet me. i stood there for five minutes before he acknowledged me? the rooftop bar was loud. i just wanted a relaxing night.
