dark room complicated switches
the staff stored my bags safely after checkout. they were very helpful.
the room was dark. even with the curtains open, visibility was poor. light switches were complicated and did not brighten the room. i heard noise throughout the evening, likely from the restaurant below. scraping chairs and hall activity were audible. this room did not seem soundproof.

i stayed in a superior double or queen room. the room featured good soundproofing from the street (this detail is valuable).
the floor in my room was not swept every day (a minor issue, but worth noting).

fantastic stay!
convenient location modern design great lighting helpful lift
I found the location convenient. Transportation was easily accessible. the bar and breakfast area featured a modern, clean design. i especially appreciated the lift within the hotel. This was beneficial. the room had great lighting options, and i could chromecast from my phone to the tv.

The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially liza. She helped me with my luggage and provided information. upon arrival, a staff member offered local dining suggestions and recommendations for activities. the welcome hour includes complimentary drinks and dutch cheese.
