botanical garden friendly staff clean room
I loved that the location was close to the botanical garden. I also found the zoo and the city center quite accessible. The room size was good and it was really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful!
The stairs were very narrow though it was manageable.

warmth staff calming atmosphere
the hotel provided a tranquil experience near the botanical garden i noticed easy access to public transportation the staff showed genuine warmth the double room offered a calming atmosphere after long days.
the staircase proved challenging especially with luggage this posed an issue given the absence of an elevator it impacted convenience on arrival and departure.

friendly staff botanical garden local cafes small room lack of temperature control missed cleaning
The staff was friendly. They provided useful information about local cafes. The location next to the botanical garden was peaceful. Breakfast at a nearby bistro was also good.
The room was quite small. I couldn't control the temperature. It was warm. One day the room was not cleaned, disappointing.

convenient location short walk great breakfast
i found the location very convenient for accessing public transport. the tram stop was a short walk. this made it easy to explore many areas. tony's bagels nearby was great for breakfast.
the stairs felt very steep, especially with luggage. i found them more challenging than expected.

prime location helpful staff luggage storage
the location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions.. the tram stop directly outside made getting around simple. the staff provided helpful directions, and i stored my luggage after checkout to explore longer. it was very convenient.
The stairs were a bit steep. I had some trouble with my luggage.

Cleanliness wasn't great. I found black hairs on our bed when I arrived and again after the room was cleaned. The staff left towels and bedsheets all over the floor while cleaning, messy.
