Canal View Room a Delight!
easy access beautiful view neat lift fully opened windows
The location provided easy access for walking. The room had two windows that opened fully. The view from those windows was beautiful. A neat lift allowed views of different floors through a tiny round window.
The room fan was a bit dusty.

The staff gave us a place to store our luggage after check out until early afternoon. This was very helpful.. I appreciated their willingness to assist with our travel needs. The service was excellent.

The hotel has an elevator, easier to access upper floors. I appreciated this feature since I had a large suitcase. The elevator was well kept. It ran smoothly and quietly.

lovely canal views
comfortable bed tv channels
The location was super convenient. i found myself within easy walking distance of many attractions. the host, ronald, was the best part. He was very friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable too and i slept well. the tv also had bbc1 and bbc2 channels which was a bonus.
I did notice the hotel needs some decorating. the fittings seemed a bit worn. a safe was also broken. It was unfortunately inoperable. i hope they get to fixing it soon.

the breakfast included espresso and cappuccino coffees. there was a great selection of items available each morning. i enjoyed that it helped start my day off right before exploring the city.

the location proved excellent, just a short walk from rembrandt square (very convenient for exploring). the staff were consistently helpful. they stored my luggage after checkout until the early afternoon.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
