fantastic stay near vondelpark

i liked the space suited to my family of four and the lovely canal view i could also access hdmi on the tv, so i plugged in my travel tv stick the development feels modern i could easily walk to vondelpark in a short time i found a great cafe across the street named bosco cafe. the shower was great and i used the nespresso machine with capsules every morning, giving me a good start.
the floor in the room felt quite dirty i think a more thorough cleaning routine would help ensure a fresher experience

the quadruple room had ample space and a functional design with comfortable beds it provided a nice retreat after a day exploring local attractions the room also included efficient climate control which i found useful.

the reception staff were always available and helpful with directions they offered quick responses and assistance with my inquiries i also appreciated that they provided luggage storage after i checked out ensuring i could easily get around.

the breakfast area offered a good variety of options including fresh pastries i noted that gluten free options were readily available i also appreciated the prompt restocking of the buffet during peak hours, maintaining good quality.

The staff demonstrated real kindness. They were always attentive to our needs. the room included a balcony overlooking a tranquil canal, such a serene view. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, a major plus for exploring.
the bathroom was a little small.

the room was very dirty , i spotted spider nets everywhere and even a spider on the wall , i was totally disappointed because reception did not send anyone to clean the balcony and room after i asked them to.

fantastic locationthoughtful staffcomfortable beds
the location was fantastic i could walk to major attractions in about fifteen minutes i discovered a great bar and a couple restaurants just a five minute walk away plus the bathroom size really surprised me it was very good. the reception staff offered free bottles of water which was so thoughtful i also noticed how super clean the rooms were the beds felt comfortable.
the lighting in the room wasn't great it made it a little difficult to see well at night.

wow, such a fun stay!
clean roomfriendly staff
the room was super clean and comfy! i asked for extra towels and got them right away. the staff were friendly, and the hotel is super close to the city, i hopped on a tram.

i got free water bottles from the reception! the hotel also offers free tee and coffee at the bar all day and night, really nice after a long day of exploring. it was great!
