the location was central. the staff provided free welcome drinks upon arrival, a good gesture. i enjoyed free entry to the nightclub next door, a real bonus.
the steps up to the top floor apartment were very steep without an elevator, made carrying luggage difficult.

The location suited me. It was near everything. the hotel overlooks the canal and provided a superb view. my room had complimentary drinks, which i really liked. the staff was available and helpful, addressing all my needs!
The room's soundproofing was not the best. I occasionally heard noise from nearby establishments. it was slight, though.

my room was clean, modern, and had everything i needed. breakfast was included, alongside coffee downstairs. a minibar. the bed was comfortable, and the ambiance felt good. the layout was spacious and practical.

The staff were lovely. I cannot say enough good things about them. i was late to breakfast, but they still accommodated me! they were always helpful, even though i do not speak dutch. i was helped with my luggage.

a bit disappointing
cramped roomold smell
the room felt quite cramped. accessing the bed from only one side was inconvenient. there was this alarm that kept going off in the morning, and i couldn't figure out how to turn it off. i also noticed that the place kind of smelled old, almost like it had been abandoned.

i was impressed by the hotel's decor and its unique personality. the central location made it easy for me to explore many nearby places. i found the staff helpful and they provided great recommendations. the complimentary minibar with drinks was a welcome surprise.
the stairs were a bit narrow and steep, slightly inconvenient with luggage.
