Fantastic Stay at Boutique Hotel

I really appreciate location near tram stops. The lobby provide a cute ambiance. My comfort double room had a modern design, and the room was quite clean. I felt the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast service had a good variety of foods. The restaurant offered local cuisines. I could walk to nearby attractions without difficulty. I also appreciate them keeping my luggage before check in. I found the honesty bar to be a very convenient feature. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark, so i could sleep well. The hotel provided toiletries that i liked.
The room size was not so big.

adequate stay, some issues noticed

the staff were helpful with our early check-in (we arrived at 1pm).
the double comfort room we booked had twin beds, i didn't expect that. the mattresses separated during the night, annoying. also, the hotel did not provide bottled water in the room, and we had to ask for more sugar and creamer for the coffee and tea.

The hotel offers a great location near restaurants, a park, and museums. I found it easy to access boat tours and canals. There are good tram connections that go further into the city. The hotel ensured a quiet environment for a restful night's sleep.
The room lacked coffee cups. It also did not include provisions for in-room service. A tea kettle and brewing machine were available. I did get a free cup of coffee in the breakfast bar after I spoke to the receptionist.
