mixed feelings about the stay.
small bathroom lack of light
the location was acceptable for getting around. it was reasonably central.
the room i had felt very small, especially the bathroom. there was not a lot of space to move. the lack of natural light, and i needed to use the lights even during the day? it was not very nice.

the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the room was quite small , and the bathroom felt cramped. natural light was limited . i also found the pillows to be uncomfortable , affecting my sleep quality.

The hotel staff were so cute. the provided transportation was well-coordinated. the location allowed easy access to key tourist spots. markets were within walking distance. It was super convenient!

airy bathroom fantastic location fab shower
The location was FANTASTIC. I could easily reach all the places I planned to visit. I found the large airy bathroom quite convenient. the shower was definitely a plus.
the elevator was quite slow sometimes.

Really good Stay, A True Gem
convenient location picturesque canal helpful staff thoughtful touch
I found the location convenient. It is close to the tram lines and within easy walking distance to many shops. The canal where the hotel is situated is quite picturesque and adds to the experience. The staff were particularly helpful and kind. They even provided a small gift bag upon departure (such a thoughtful touch!). Free coffee, water, soft drinks and rolls were available in the afternoons in the lobby.
The room I had, though modern, was a bit small. I would have liked a bit more space to move around comfortably (but everything else was perfect).

The hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring the city very easy. Several boutique shops and a variety of restaurants are located nearby. The Anne Frank House is only a short walk away (reservations are essential).

My room overlooked the canal, and it offered a beautiful view. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the modern decor and comfortable bed (I slept very well).
