i found the hotel very accessible to key attractions. the reception staff were always ready to assist with directions (they knew all the best routes). the room had effective soundproofing from the bustling streets below. it really helped to ensure a peaceful night's sleep, which i appreciated a lot after long days of sightseeing.
the elevators were quite small, so sometimes there was a short wait.

The room had modern design. Check in was quick. Reception staff offered to post postcards. Tram stops are outside. It's convenient to get to the central station in about ten minutes. The location is superb and central to sights. Most attractions are within walking distance. The room received daily cleaning, even on Christmas day.
The hotel did not have many elevators, made navigating floors with luggage slightly difficult.

The location was central (a great bonus for exploring). It was an easy walk to attractions and the breakfast offered a good start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room felt small (especially the bathroom). The music from nearby bars was loud at night. I also found the lack of fresh flowers a bit disappointing.
