Decent stay near the station
convenient location friendly staff complimentary gift dated room worn carpet clumsy shower
I was really impressed by the hotel's proximity to the station. The location made getting around quite easy! The staff was awesome and quite helpful. Their friendliness. The hotel also provided a complimentary gift bag upon departure. I appreciated the gesture.
The room felt somewhat dated. It could benefit from some updates. I also noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpets. They looked a bit dirty. The shower setup was also a bit unusual. It felt somewhat clumsy to use, honestly.

convenient location and friendly staff
central station holiday decoration treat bag
the location is very convenient near the central station. i could easily walk to many places from here. the lobby had a nice holiday decoration (it felt very festive). a coffee machine, candy, and pastries were available 24/7. the hotel also gave me a thank you bag with some nice treats upon check-out.
the room was a bit small, and i noticed some wear and tear on the carpet. it wasn't a major issue, but the room could benefit from some refurbishment.

the double room included a comfortable bed and a functional layout. i appreciated the clean linens and the availability of extra pillows (it made my sleep better). the window overlooked a quiet side street, which helped minimize noise.
