amazing stay!

central location friendly staff spacious room early check-in

the location is awesome, a quick walk to the tram and museums, i was thrilled! the staff was super nice and always ready to help with directions. the room included cool decor and felt spacious, i loved it. i got early check-in and , made my whole day better!

the instant coffee in the room was a slight bummer, i really wanted a proper coffee maker!

convenient location friendly staff water issue breakfast absence

the location proved very convenient for utilizing metro and trams. the staff demonstrated friendliness, and the room provided adequate comfort. i also appreciated the availability of coffee purchase in the morning.

i found no hot water available for showering one morning. the reception acknowledged the issue without offering a resolution.

Quiet location and comfy room

quiet area clean room helpful elevator

The hotel is in a quiet area near the city center, which i liked. Public transportation and restaurants are close. My room was very clean and fairly spacious. The elevator helped a lot with my luggage to the third floor where i was staying.

The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Even with the window open it was still pretty warm at night. This was in July.

The hotel is located on a side street on the south side of the city centre. It is near restaurants and public transport, also within a short walk of the Rijksmuseum, so the area is also very quiet. The street is calm.

The room had a coffee machine with hot water and paper cups. You could put food in the hotel fridge, and they did have a dining room you could use. Staff could reheat food for you if needed. That was nice.
