A decent place, some issues need attention

the staff was very helpful with luggage, I appreciated that. The bathroom felt spacious. I found plenty of electrical outlets, very convenient for all my devices. The location was near the museums, that was great.
the keycard stopped working late at night. I found a lot of silverfish in the breakfast area. I tried drying my clothes but neither of the batteries worked. IT WAS problematic.

I found the staff helpful! The location was perfect for exploring museums. I enjoyed having easy access to public transport and luxury shopping. The area felt safe, even at night, a detail I very much appreciate.
It has only steep stairs. This made moving luggage a bit challenging.
