A Moment of Serenity, A Hotel that Holds Memories
rear courtyard easy access thoughtful gift
I adored the rear courtyard. It was special for a nightcap. The location provided easy access to museums and transportation. I will keep close the memory of pastries always available at reception, it was a thoughtful gift to weary travellers.
I noticed some sound issues, hearing other guests, something I didn't expect.

clean room effective soundproofing convenient location
the room was very clean and well maintained i appreciated the soundproofing in the windows as it blocked out street noise effectively the location was good i could walk to many places from the hotel

quiet courtyard convenient location morning coffee
A courtyard sat right outside my door. It was quiet and ideal for morning coffee. The location proved convenient. Just one tram stop separated the hotel from the centre.
I notice a slight delay in check-out process. The concierge took long time talking with other guests.

Breakfast offers many options, though it did not include in the room rate. I noted a nearby Lidl store offered alternatives. Coffee was available in the room, using the machine.

friendly staff spacious room
The staff were friendly. They were also polite and helpful. we got a triple room, a nice upgrade. It was clean and spacious.
The soundproofing was not effective at all. I could hear every sound from the next room.

the location was great it was near vondel park and close to tram stops. the staff was helpful and friendly i really appreciated their assistance with directions.
the room was quite small i felt a little cramped. i also noticed that the rubbish bin wasn't cleaned every day which was a bit of a letdown
