I adored the rear courtyard. It was special for a nightcap. The location provided easy access to museums and transportation. I will keep close the memory of pastries always available at reception, it was a thoughtful gift to weary travellers.

A courtyard sat right outside my door. It was quiet and ideal for morning coffee. The location proved convenient. Just one tram stop separated the hotel from the centre.
I notice a slight delay in check-out process. The concierge took long time talking with other guests.

The staff were friendly. They were also polite and helpful. we got a triple room, a nice upgrade. It was clean and spacious.
The soundproofing was not effective at all. I could hear every sound from the next room.

the room was quite small i felt a little cramped. i also noticed that the rubbish bin wasn't cleaned every day which was a bit of a letdown
