underwhelming stay
thin walls constant noise
the hotel is close to transportation and some restaurants, that was convenient.
The room felt quite small and i could hear a lot of noise from the street. The tram and people yelling were constant. it was difficult to relax or sleep well due to the thin walls, that was upsetting

The location was GREAT. It allowed easy access to many sites. The staff offered umbrellas when it rained. I appreciated the comfortable beds. They ensured a good night's sleep. I liked that the hotel stored my bags after checkout, allowing me to explore more before heading to the airport.
The lighting in the room was a little dim for my liking.

The hotel is a short walk from the bus 397 stop. This provided direct access to the airport. it took about ten minutes to walk to the main attractions (museums for example). the staff were friendly and always cute. the hotel environment seemed super clean and well-kept.
the room was a bit dark because of the lighting.

the hotel features a comfortable lobby . there is seating for about forty people in a large common room. amenities allow guests to have a drink, play cards, or warm up a meal.

the hotel is close to multiple points of interest, it is near the museum quarter and vondelpark. i found many good restaurants nearby (it's really great). it is also close to leidseplein.

good location helpful desk comfortable lobby
i liked the location near vondelpark. the front desk helped us reserve a taxi early in the morning. our room was a wonderful sized triple room, it was a good experience. the lobby was comfortable.
The hotel lacked air conditioning. This made the room uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day. it became stuffy without proper ventilation. i hope they address this issue.

The hotel did not offer breakfast, a small shop next to the hotel offers coffee, croissants and other food. i found multiple restaurants and cafés nearby with good variety. Made dining options easy.

the hotel is near vondelpark and leidseplein, trams offer easy access to the city center, only about fifteen minutes away. its location allowed easy access to museums! though the main avenue was sometimes noisy.

My triple room was a good size. the room had a tv, but lacked a refrigerator. That would have been useful. i found the beds comfortable. That helped with good sleep.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to everything. The staff are friendly and approachable. I was impressed by how clean and well-kept the facilities and the room were.
