The location near the grand place proved accessible. It made exploration easy. staff were very helpful. the room offered modern amenities. I had everything i needed. happy hour on the patio by the canal provided a relaxing end to each day.
The stairs were narrow. Navigating them with luggage was a slight inconvenience.

picturesque view comfortable bed excellent location
the canal view from my beautiful double room canal view was picturesque. the bed offered a very comfortable rest. the location proved excellent for accessing museums and the charming bridges. i found the complimentary happy hour a very nice touch, with snacks and drinks available.
they was dirty. this detracted somewhat from the otherwise charming ambiance.

clean facilities helpful staff convenient location
i stayed three nights and found the facilities very clean. the staff was helpful and the location was convenient. i enjoyed the breakfast , it was worth the cost. as a solo female traveler, i felt safe due to its proximity to many attractions.
i had a minor issue with street noise since my room was on the lower level. this sometimes disrupted my sleep.

i appreciated the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious. the complimentary happy hour had beer, wine, and charcuterie. i really liked the courtyard access with canal views. the staff provided superb and helpful service.
the hotel lacks an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was difficult.

This hotel is near a quiet canal, and i loved having the window open. it's within walking distance to the rijksmuseum and metro station, so it was easy to get to the city center. The location was great!

The room was spacious , with an armchair and table. I appreciated the daily happy hour with complimentary drinks. Its location near the metro and supermarket was also convenient.
Soundproofing was not optimal , as I could hear noise from the neighboring room.
