uncomfortable pillowscigarette smell
the pillows were awful. they was like sleeping on rocks. the thin blankets also didn't help much as the room remained quite cold due to poor window insulation. i also noticed a lingering cigarette smell, possibly from other rooms, unpleasant.

The location proved convenient near the station. Free coffee was available in the reception area at all times. The shower and bathroom facilities were quite good. The price point of the room was reasonable.

The hotel location was prime it was very close to the central station and numerous amenities. Staff members were indeed friendly and helpful throughout my stay assisting with directions and local information. The complimentary tea and coffee machine in the lobby proved to be a welcome addition. I found the beds to be comfy allowing for restful sleep.
The staircase was a bit steep making it difficult to carry luggage to upper floors.

The staff was polite and very communicative they provided quick assistance with every request. Daily cleaning services kept the room fresh and tidy. I appreciated the discount offered at the on-site restaurant.

this area provided very easy access to key attractions and public transport i walked to most places. The hotel's proximity to the central station allowed easy travel to and from the airport. A superb breakfast spot right next door offered convenient morning options.

The staff were friendly and helpful. free tea and coffee were available at reception, a nice touch. the location was perfect. Everything was on my doorstep. i appreciated the 10% discount for the steak restaurant downstairs.
there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. this made using straighteners difficult. the room felt very pokey and claustrophobic. the mattress cover had stains.

the location was great, super central and near the train station. it was a short walk to dam square, a plus. the staff was helpful, and the shower had hot water and was clean.
It was a bit tiring after a long day.
