the location is convenient, a short tram ride from many areas. the room was super clean.. it had a nice view. staff members were kind and helpful. i appreciated having a supermarket and bus stop on the square in front.
the room i had originally booked did not match the photos online, disappointing.

the hotel has strategic placement near a tram station, just in front, and a metro station that is about a ten-minute walk. canals are nearby, so guests have nice city views, and coffee shops and halal restaurants are within easy reach.

the staff was really nice! everyone at the reception and the breakfast bar was friendly!
I found the room cleanliness lacked attention to detail, a disappointment. there was black mould around the sink overflow, and the sink itself was cracked. the base of the shower hadn't been cleaned for some time either. It was quite gross.
