i enjoyed a really good stay. the room was immaculate and had canal views. the location was perfect and allowed me to see many attractions. the staff was polite and very helpful . the included breakfast was simple but delicious, with attentive service. the room featured newest technology, including chromecast and a jbl speaker.

Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings

The hotel's location was certainly a highlight. It allowed easy access to shops and restaurants (a true convenience). The staff were also helpful in providing information about the new year's eve light show.
I found the walls to be quite thin. Sounds from the adjacent room were easily audible (phones and conversations).

The staff were helpful. I was able to store my luggage all day after checkout.
My beautiful double room didn't live up to expectations. The shower room felt small, with the sink outside in the shared space, which I didn't like. I'm not impressed with the value.

The hotel is in a great location with amazing history. The canal views from the room were beautiful and a true highlight. I found the staff to be helpful and attentive to details (I even got directions to a hidden gem!).
The room service options were minimal, disappointing. There was also a strange smell in the room. It resembled a drain (which was rather unpleasant).

The bed WERE comfortable. It offer the kind of restful sleep you hope for. The balcony OVERLOOK the canal. It WAS a picture-perfect spot where we spend moments enjoying the view and fresh air.
