The location proved very convenient. I walked to numerous attractions. The staff demonstrated helpfulness, offering prompt assistance with my queries. The room had all necessary amenities. I appreciated the continental breakfast. It provided a satisfying start to the day.

The staff was responsive and polite, quickly addressing our needs. I am very grateful for their support with luggage storage after checkout, allowing further exploration without burdens. They were genuinely committed to.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It allowed for easy exploration. Staff members were very helpful. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items to choose from. The room was clean and standard in size. It had all the space I needed.

Okay location, room needs work
old fixtures bad odors
The room needed better upkeep. Fixtures seemed old, this affected the bathroom in particular. It sometimes had bad odors. Water did not drain well in the sink. I will say, I was not impressed.

The hotel location is excellent because it is right beside the square. Walking everywhere is easy from this spot. The hotel provides a clean environment, and the rooms offer a comfortable stay.
The floor in both the room and hallways was not vacuumed . The bed was not properly made. They only pulled up the duvet. The bathroom sink was also not wiped down at all .

cold staff uncleaned floor
the reception staff were mostly cold i didn't find them friendly. the room floor was not vacuumed during my entire stay which was irritating. the bathroom sink also never got wiped down. i found the lack of attention to basic cleaning pretty disappointing
