location good, but could be better
missing coffee machine
starting early, the noise was non-stop. it was hard to relax or even sleep properly. also, the promised coffee machine in the room? it was missing. i had to call reception each morning, it was annoying.

The room featured three single beds and ample space. Its comfort was appreciated. Breakfast presented a fantastic selection of choices. The staff proved friendly and helpful with various dining recommendations. A tram stop sits right outside the hotel, a very useful thing.
The shower in the room was old and temperamental. Water temperature kept fluctuating even though the taps weren't being touched.

Check-in was smooth, as the front desk staff provided assistance with an adapter I had forgotten. The team readily answered any questions. They kept the rooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout my stay.

The location proved really convenient. I could easily reach various parts of the city. the penthouse suite allowed me nice views. i found the staff genuinely helpful and also very friendly.
