huge bed fresh towels polite staff
the room had a huge bed i slept soundly there were nice amenities like fresh towels daily and a complementary drink upon arrival the staff were polite and made me feel welcome
the temperature control in the shower was somewhat tricky to adjust it took a moment to feel the change

helpful staff friendly staff small room street noise
The staff were helpful and friendly. I received prompt assistance with every request. The location was GREAT. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, though it was adequate for a short stay. I noticed some noise from the street at night, it affected my sleep quality.

location good, but could be better
starting early, the noise was non-stop. it was hard to relax or even sleep properly. also, the promised coffee machine in the room? it was missing. i had to call reception each morning, it was annoying.

excellent central location
ample space fantastic selection helpful staff
The room featured three single beds and ample space. Its comfort was appreciated. Breakfast presented a fantastic selection of choices. The staff proved friendly and helpful with various dining recommendations. A tram stop sits right outside the hotel, a very useful thing.
The shower in the room was old and temperamental. Water temperature kept fluctuating even though the taps weren't being touched.

Check-in was smooth, as the front desk staff provided assistance with an adapter I had forgotten. The team readily answered any questions. They kept the rooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout my stay.

convenient location penthouse suite friendly staff
The location proved really convenient. I could easily reach various parts of the city. the penthouse suite allowed me nice views. i found the staff genuinely helpful and also very friendly.
