the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the location was very central for exploring. my room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was comfortable ( i slept so well!). the entire place had a beautiful, heritage feel.
the staircase was a little steep and narrow, slightly difficult with luggage.

the location proved convenient, providing simple access to many sites. my room included air conditioning that worked efficiently, maintaining a constant temperature. staff gave me a map and directions, assisting with navigation. i found the bed very comfortable, which ensured restful sleep.
i noticed the absence of several tv channels, a minor inconvenience. it would have been helpful to have more options available during downtime. this did not impact my stay significantly though.

the room i had was more like a basement. constant noise came from the service area and breakfast area, hard to sleep (i wish i had brought earplugs). moving boxes near the room added to the unsettling atmosphere.
