helpful staff cozy environment
The staff was helpful. They provided clear directions. My room included a small desk. It allowed me to comfortably handle some work tasks. I appreciated having central heating. It ensured a cozy environment during cool evenings.

wonderful location, cheerful staff
kind staff free coffee practical lobby fresh sheets
i found the staff kind and helpful they even provided free coffee and tea i appreciated it. i bought attraction tickets with coupons at the lobby this was really practical. the front desk operated 24/7 this was convenient as i explored the city at night. my room had new towels toilet paper and freshly made sheets every day these details were great.
the bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work i mentioned it to reception but nothing changed.

the hotel is close to many tourist attractions and it is a short walk to the central station it also offers efficient transport links making travel simple. several famous spots and restaurants were within a 2 to 5 minute walk from the hotel.

the reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help with directions or any questions i had they provided quick and efficient service. the hotel offers luggage storage which was useful for my travel arrangements.

my room included good space for luggage and it offered a view of the street outside the layout of the bathroom was modern. the bed was cosy i slept very well each night the air conditioning worked perfectly.

while the hotel does not have its own restaurant a starbucks is only 50 meters away this offered a convenient option for breakfast and coffee. a drinks machine in the hall offers a selection of beverages though i found it slightly expensive.

excellent location friendly staff helpful staff missing heating moldy window wood rot
The location was excellent , near the train station. I found many clothes and food shops very close by. The staff WERE friendly and helpful.
The room lacked heating. A small radiator was used , but the corridors were heated. There was much mold around the window , causing the wood to rot.

The location was really central. I could walk to many attractions. the room had air conditioning which worked well. i also appreciated the unlimited free coffee in the lobby.
the hallways carpet was not in good condition.

the staff was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. the hotel's central location made exploring very easy. my room had a comfortable bed and necessary amenities. the lobby area provided complimentary coffee , which i found cute.
the in-room lighting was somewhat dim , making it a bit hard to see clearly at times.
