i found the staff kind and helpful they even provided free coffee and tea i appreciated it. i bought attraction tickets with coupons at the lobby this was really practical. the front desk operated 24/7 this was convenient as i explored the city at night. my room had new towels toilet paper and freshly made sheets every day these details were great.
the bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work i mentioned it to reception but nothing changed.

the hotel is close to many tourist attractions and it is a short walk to the central station it also offers efficient transport links making travel simple. several famous spots and restaurants were within a 2 to 5 minute walk from the hotel.

the reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help with directions or any questions i had they provided quick and efficient service. the hotel offers luggage storage which was useful for my travel arrangements.

my room included good space for luggage and it offered a view of the street outside the layout of the bathroom was modern. the bed was cosy i slept very well each night the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The location was excellent , near the train station. I found many clothes and food shops very close by. The staff WERE friendly and helpful.
The room lacked heating. A small radiator was used , but the corridors were heated. There was much mold around the window , causing the wood to rot.

the in-room lighting was somewhat dim , making it a bit hard to see clearly at times.
