the reception staff were helpful, storing our luggage after checkout. the room faced a canal (i liked the view). storage was plentiful, and there were many charging ports available.
the air conditioning was not working, it was switched off (i found the room quite hot).

The location is excellent for exploring. The hotel is close to public transport hubs and city attractions. Rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. Tommy at the front desk was very helpful.
The stairs were very steep, making it difficult with luggage.

the location was really prime. it was easy to reach everything i wanted to see! the cleanliness was also excellent. the rooms were comfortable too, a nice surprise! the outside view from my room was really heart touching.
The rooms were a lot smaller than i anticipated! the room was on the canal side, and i could hear everything outside. i was awoken by bin men most nights. The noise made sleep difficult. upon arrival, i was asked to pay a €50 cash deposit.

I found the hotel very easy to locate. Its central position is definitely a plus. The reception staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival, appreciated. The hotel offered luggage storage after checkout (i explored the city a bit more).
My room did not have air conditioning, resulting in some discomfort.

The hotel is near the train station, a definite plus for easy access (I appreciated this greatly). The receptionist was very cute and offered coffee. My room had a nice river view. The hotel facilities were clean, functioning well, and open 24/7.
The hotel can get a little noisy late at night.
