a sweet escape
museum proximity inviting terrace good breakfast
i found a location near the museums and a short walk from the city center, a true convenience. common areas provided a nice spot to meet people and enjoy drinks. the terrace seemed inviting, a great addition for summer days, we loved it. breakfast was a treat with great presentation.
the city taxes were quite high, almost €170 for three rooms. also, mattresses slipped off the bed easily in the superior twin room. we had to keep adjusting them, a real nuisance.

my room featured two windows, and i found them charming. slanted ceilings added character. i noticed the bathroom was compact, yet the shower offered a pleasant experience, we liked it.

the staff showed true friendliness! they allowed us to store bags prior to check-in, a huge help. check-out was easy. i experienced a personal touch, so great.

the lounge area on the second floor felt cute. there was a vending machine accessible to guests. i was happy with public transport links and convenience was good, but wished for better information about local transport
