utterly charming stay!

the complimentary coffee machine was such a sweet addition, i really appreciated having access to coffee whenever i wanted. also, the hotel's location was divine, it made exploring so simple. i could walk to almost everything!!!
the walls felt quite thin, and there was some noise disturbance, especially from the busy tram line nearby.

the hotel has great location, close to everything i wanted to see.
the room i got, a double room, was not good. heaters dont work properly. also, there wasnt privacy because other people could see right into the shower from outside. i used paper to cover the window for some privacy.

The lobby had a calm atmosphere and offered free tea, it was nice. The room I stayed in was tidy and cozy. I found the bathroom spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable.
My room was small and basic. It was also very pricey.

the location was quite central. the staff was helpful with directions. breakfast included freshly made gluten-free bread daily, which i appreciated.
the water pipes made a loud noise. it was a whining sound in the pipes between my room and another room. this went on for at least an hour.

The location is VERY convenient, near the central station. I loved the helpfulness and kindness of all staff members. The breakfast provided a good variety, and I found the coffee machine especially convenient. The room was clean and well maintained.
The street noise at night was slightly audible, especially on the lower floors. This did not bother me too much though.
