the staff was helpful, it helped set a positive tone. the hotel had a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. it was a practical base for exploring the area.
i asked for a late check-out, but it was not accommodated. the manager was unprofessional. the floor was dusty, and there was a visible foot stain in the bathroom.

The location was acceptable, not far from the center with dining options nearby.
The heating wasn't working correctly. It was locked to a setting. I spoke to reception. They gave me additional steps that didn't work. There was no phone in the room, so I had to use my mobile. The canal view room windows were thin, letting in breezes and noise. Curtains kept no light out either.

the location was really convenient it was close to everything i needed. the staff at the front desk were helpful when i had questions. the room had a nice view of the canal it was pleasant to see.
the bathroom door closer slammed shut loudly it was disturbing. the bed dipped in the middle it was not comfortable. there was no mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom.
