totally amazing stay!
helpful staff alleyway view heated floors
wow, the staff impressed me much! viktor and kelly were super helpful. room 18 named tessa had a view, i loved it. the divine bathroom included heated floors which i did enjoyed!

the staff were very helpful with questions (i appreciate their patience). i enjoyed the welcome drink and the lobby area. the rainfall shower was large.
the noise level was high because it is an older building. my room was close to reception, so i could hear the noise. i also heard noise from the dining room and the room next door.

The room looked a bit old-fashioned, and the layout presented some minor challenges.

perfect location cozy room helpful staff
i liked how close it was to the main train station plus very near to the beautiful canals. the room was cozy, and the staff was so helpful. the breakfast area had a lovely atmosphere.

cramped space uncleared tables
my stay wasn't entirely smooth. the location was good , but the breakfast was served right in the lobby , a cramped space where i had to clear my own plates. this arrangement. the lack of staff attending to the breakfast area was disappointing , leaving tables uncleared.

spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious (i stayed in a superior king room) and very clean. the staff were polite and helpful. i especially liked the included welcome drink, a nice touch after a long journey, and the unlimited coffee.

a stay with mixed feelings
high bed disorganized service
my room was not ideal. the bed was quite high and required climbing some steep steps. space around the bed was limited making movement difficult. i also noticed that the breakfast service was a bit disorganized. i had to clear our table myself after eating.
