Central Location, Simple Stay!
central location helpful staff clean room luggage storage
The location was really central, that was a plus. The staff was nice and helpful during check-in. The room was clean and as expected, though the toilet was quite small. I also appreciated the luggage storage after I checked out.
The stairs were steep. There was no lift. It made carrying luggage difficult.

the hotel's location proved convenient. it was close to many attractions and transport options. i also appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which contributed to a relaxing stay. the staff provided friendly and helpful service each day.

central location helpful staff
the location was fantastic. it was easy to reach many attractions (i especially liked being so close to everything). the staff were all helpful and friendly. i appreciated the quick check-in process.
the street noise was quite noticeable, especially at night. it made sleeping difficult without earplugs (i recommend bringing some if you're a light sleeper).

the staff was helpful. i had easy access with the elevator (perfect for my luggage). the location was very close to the main train station. i found a new room much cleaner after mentioning the smell.

Fantastic stay in the heart of it all
24-hour reception helpful staff central location warm welcome
The reception operates 24 hours. I found all staff members helpful. Rosa, Joel, and Maria gave me a warm welcome. I also got excellent service. The location is very central and convenient to local attractions.
The stairs were a bit steep, but I managed with my luggage.

The staff were friendly. i was also pleased to find free luggage storage available after i checked out. This was quite helpful for my last day of sightseeing.
my room faced the street and the noise was significant at night. the windows seemed old, and earplugs were essential for sleep.
