The location was really central, that was a plus. The staff was nice and helpful during check-in. The room was clean and as expected, though the toilet was quite small. I also appreciated the luggage storage after I checked out.
The stairs were steep. There was no lift. It made carrying luggage difficult.

the location was fantastic. it was easy to reach many attractions (i especially liked being so close to everything). the staff were all helpful and friendly. i appreciated the quick check-in process.
the street noise was quite noticeable, especially at night. it made sleeping difficult without earplugs (i recommend bringing some if you're a light sleeper).

The reception operates 24 hours. I found all staff members helpful. Rosa, Joel, and Maria gave me a warm welcome. I also got excellent service. The location is very central and convenient to local attractions.
The stairs were a bit steep, but I managed with my luggage.
