The reception operates 24 hours. I found all staff members helpful. Rosa, Joel, and Maria gave me a warm welcome. I also got excellent service. The location is very central and convenient to local attractions.
The stairs were a bit steep, but I managed with my luggage.

The staff were friendly. i was also pleased to find free luggage storage available after i checked out. This was quite helpful for my last day of sightseeing.
my room faced the street and the noise was significant at night. the windows seemed old, and earplugs were essential for sleep.
