the hotel is located in a very prime spot and the super nice team! they really were really good. the room had a great layout and the shower was amazing!
i found the noise levels from outside made sleeping difficult, especially on weekend nights, so earplugs were definitely a must.

Excellent location and helpful staff
helpful staff convenient location
the location proved very convenient as it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff demonstrated helpfulness by finding solutions concerning children during breakfast. i thought the drink voucher for not having housekeeping was a nice touch, and i appreciated it. the tram stops being right outside the hotel made getting around simple.
The hotel is in a busy area. Therefore, it was quite noisy. my room overlooked a pub beer garden. it was very noisy with music until late.

i liked this hotel. location was excellent, a tram stop was right outside. the room was spacious, with a renovated shower. we also received complimentary water, wine, and sweets because of our anniversary.

the location is very central a tram stop is right outside i walked everywhere the room was modern and very clean the bathroom and shower were also super clean. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the room had a nice view. free coffee and tea were available

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel is close to the tram station. It made getting around simple. receptionists helped. They were always supportive.

The hotel location is excellent. Trams are available and it is a short walk to the central station area and museums. The staff was helpful. Vivian was very kind upon my arrival and the room was comfortable.
I found the hotel is quite dated. The air conditioning barely worked. There was a fan in the room, and I asked for a second fan, which helped a bit. the cleanliness was very poor (i found some dust).
