The location is amazing. I found really kind staff, ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel is clean and modern.

the location proved convenient. it provided easy access to major attractions. i also appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel lobby upon arrival. the staff were lovely and always ready to assist .
the air conditioning was inactive due to weather conditions. the bathroom exhaust was also not functional. this resulted in a misty environment after showers or baths.

The location is central, close to many amenities. The room I occupied was a decent size. Breakfast included a wide choice of items at the buffet (I especially liked the fresh fruit). The staff members were polite and helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. I found there were no toiletries provided (such as lotion or extra soap).
