i found the location convenient. the reception operates around the clock, which i appreciated with my late arrival. breakfast offered a decent selection of food including fresh fruit..

nice architecture corner suite helpful staff varied selection
The architecture was very nice. I had a corner suite with good noise-canceling windows. The breakfast was great, with a varied selection. The staff was helpful, and they allowed me to store luggage after checkout time (this was super convenient!).

central location metro station helpful staff spacious bathroom
the location was fantastic near the metro station and key attractions the breakfast offered a reasonable selection the staff at the front desk proved helpful with directions and suggestions for local dining the room included a spacious bathroom with a sizable shower area
the room was a bit small for an extended stay

large balcony helpful arturo great storage broken pump balcony lights no slippers
we stayed on the seventh floor and i appreciated the large balcony. it worked great for a small get-together with friends. arturo at the front desk was very helpful when we all needed to store our luggage.
the pump for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was broken. it was hard to use. the balcony lights didn't turn on and it was impossible to use the balcony at night. there was no slippers in the room and it felt weird.

visible mold damaged wardrobe
The location is indeed central. It is quite close to many attractions.
The room itself felt a bit neglected. It was not what I expected. The bathroom had visible mold, rather off-putting, and some items in the wardrobe were damaged. Breakfast also disappointed. The variety was lacking compared to other hotels.
