the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! the buffet breakfast offered a varied selection and delicious coffee. i found the lobby and bar area to be very nice for a quick drink (or two!).
My room lacked tea-making facilities. I wished for a kettle.

amazing location helpful staff spanish chocolate natural light lack of ventilation room availability
the location was amazing. it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was very helpful and well-informed. they served authentic spanish chocolate and churros for breakfast, a highlight.
my room had no natural light. there was also no fresh air. i booked incorrectly and could not change the room because of availability. i found the lack of ventilation disappointing.

i was frustrated by the lack of soundproofing in the room. street noise was audible late into the night , and early morning deliveries woke me up. it really impacted my sleep.

central location clean hotel amazing view
i loved the central location on the lively gran via. the hotel was clean and modern. we stayed in a terrace suite on the top floor and enjoyed an amazing view. breakfast included local and continental options.
i wish there was a bellman to help with bags on the entry stairs (it could improve accessibility).

the lobby area is comfortable and inviting. it's a great spot to have drinks or food after a long day. i always saw it was clean and well kept, very important for a cute first impression.

the bar made the best drinks i had. champagne was available every day at the reception (what a treat!). the breakfast buffet always offered a wide variety of options, from local specialties to continental fare.
