a decent stay in a central location

the location was very central. it made getting around easier. the staff was helpful and friendly (i even got some good recommendations for local restaurants). the hotel also had a water cooler in the lobby, useful with the hot weather.
the bathroom smelled slightly of mould when i used the shower. the lighting in my room wasn't great. noise from the street was noticeable, so i woke up a few times during the night.

I enjoyed the room size. My Exterior Double Room was big enough for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location was excellent. I could walk to many sights from here.
My room was facing the street and it was very noisy. I could hear the noise from outside at night. The shower took a long time to heat up. This was not very convenient at all.

I noticed some noise from the street. It occasionally interrupted my sleep.

The staff were kind friendly and very eager to help they made reservations for us and helped us make appropriate plans the location was great.
The bed was uncomfortable and looked to be damaged the bathtub's plug was non-functional rendering it unusable my credit card was charged for services not rendered without prior notification despite multiple assurances of a refund the promised reimbursement has not been processed so if you can do not give them your credit card information.

i found a great vibe . the staff was nice and always ready to assist me. the room was clean with everything i needed. the location could not have been better as it had easy access to attractions.
i noticed very slight noise from the street at night, though it wasn't too distracting.
