cold room shower mold
The air conditioning was a problem. It took forever to warm up the room. honestly, after spending the entire day out, returning to a freezing room in mid-march was NOT ideal. to top it off, the shower had mold on the ceiling and rust on the shower screen. it really soured my mood.

the staff were very kind. i liked i could buy coffee and a pastry from the coffee shop downstairs for 5 euro (a good deal!). wifi worked well too.
the room was quite small. i could hear my neighbor cough through the walls. the doors banging were annoying.

Location was fantastic. i walked to main attractions. the staff are friendly and helpful, really attentive. the included breakfast was a nice touch. I did appreciate the fresh pastries and coffee each morning. the hotel provided quick access to local shops and restaurants.
the elevator was slow. i faced delays a couple of times.

a sweet respite in the heart

The location was central. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. the proximity to sol and plaza mayor was a delight.. each day brought new discoveries. the staff was very attentive. i especially appreciated the assistance from victor. the room was well-equipped. I was so happy about the cleanliness. the room had a juliet balcony.. i could open the window and watch the city. i felt safe there, it was a small comfort. the café in the lobby offered a great breakfast, it gave me energy for the day. i found it a real value. the air conditioning was very effective. It was easy to adjust and kept the room comfortable. the personnel at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. i was traveling solo, but i still felt well taken care of. they gave good recommendations for places to visit, it aided my trip. i felt at ease asking for assistance. they were respectful and polite. i loved the convenience to the opera metro station. it made exploring so much easier. the palace was an easy walk. the surrounding area always felt safe. i would definitely stay here again, the area is perfect.
the separate toilet and shower area had doors that didn't quite close completely, it wasn't a big deal, but worth noting.

convenient location friendly staff
the location was convenient near major attractions. the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. i was grateful for the super clean room with a tidy bathroom, good water pressure was available.
The room felt smaller than i anticipated after seeing pictures. the bed featured an upholstered pad instead of sheets. The pad frequently slipped. i sometimes reminded me of i was on a bare mattress.
