non-functional airco uncomfortable room
The room was warm, EVEN though the heat wasn't on! the air conditioning wasn't working, and no one fixed it. Even with the window open, it was still TOO hot. I was so uncomfortable.

i loved the location, it placed me right in the heart of everything. the staff assisted me so much with directions. the room was comfortable with a nice size. breakfast had lots of choices, it was tasty and fresh.

The room offered essential amenities and was spotlessly clean. It included a comfortable bed with fresh linens. a modern bathroom featured an xl shower tray plus rain shower head. the lighting was notably good, a welcome change from hotels which often skimp.

The hotel stands in a prime spot, near sol metro station. this provides very easy access to different areas of the city. Plus it is great for walking. playa mayor and museo del prado are also easily accessible.

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions and transportation hubs.
My room was quite small and felt dated with few amenities. I did not find coffee making facilities or an iron in the room. I feel the room was too basic for what I paid .

the hotel location is great, it is close to everything. i walked to so much shopping and eateries. the room includes complimentary water on arrival, awesome. staff gave good recommendations, appreciated that.
the room felt a little tight, not gonna lie.

The hotel was near major attractions. Breakfast included fresh options and varied choices. The staff proved helpful with directions and suggestions. They were always available. The room was clean upon arrival and well kept .
