rude staffmarked towels
The so-called "boutique" experience missed the mark. my room neighbored the cleaners' closet, so staff used it as a break room early each morning. That meant noise. the reception staff seemed quite rude to me. getting a simple request like an extra blanket was like pulling teeth. plus, i found black marks on the towels one day. good!

excellent locationgood breakfastbig bathroomsmall elevatornoisy staffenglish speaker
The location was excellent. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. I found the breakfast to be very good (especially the variety). The bathroom was also a good size.
The elevator was quite small. The staff seemed noisy in the mornings. I found that only some of the reception staff spoke english.
