central location good variety comfortable temperature
The location is central. I walked to major attractions (it made sightseeing easy). the breakfast offered a good variety. my room had air conditioning. This kept the temperature comfortable.
the hairdryer in the room was quite old.

rude staff marked towels
The so-called "boutique" experience missed the mark. my room neighbored the cleaners' closet, so staff used it as a break room early each morning. That meant noise. the reception staff seemed quite rude to me. getting a simple request like an extra blanket was like pulling teeth. plus, i found black marks on the towels one day. good!

adequate location, subpar room conditions
corroded shower broken furniture
the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
the room i received was disappointing. the shower exhibited corrosion, and the windows showed similar deterioration. i also noticed broken furniture.
