metro access friendly staff super clean room nearby restaurants
The location offered easy access to the metro, a real plus. The staff was friendly and quite helpful to me. I also appreciated the cleanliness. The room was super clean! There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed in a beautiful double room, It was spacious and well-kept. The windows, when closed, did block most of the outside noise, and I rested very well. The bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.

the front desk staff were helpful .
I was quite disappointed the bar and restaurant was often unattended. It took a long time to get service. the advertised special menu seemed misleading. it was available on the website and tables but supposedly 'finished' early on a monday, which was like false advertising.

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the complimentary water provided upon arrival for the first night. also, the hotel is located steps away from the metro, made getting around easy (a big plus for exploring!).

the hotel location was pretty good.
The bar was often unattended. I had to ask the reception to send someone after waiting around 15 minutes to get a drink. there was also a special menu advertised everywhere, even on their website, but i was told it wasn't available at 5 pm on a monday. it was like false advertising to get me to pay full price. That was quite disappointing.
