great location helpful staff hard pillows small bathroom
the location was great. it had easy access everywhere. the mattress felt good and i slept well. the staff was helpful. especially the receptionist alex was really great.
the pillows were too hard. they were also too high for my liking. the bathroom was too small. the night light did not work .

the location is really good because bus and train station is near. the room were clean and bright, i liked it. the staff is friendly. there is a water and coffee bar available all day, that was a nice detail.
the bed are maybe hard.

The staff was helpful. I found the free coffee and tea in the lobby very convenient. My room included a fridge. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It allowed for restful sleep.

i had such a wonderful experience. the location is fantastic, providing quick access to nearby museums and attractions. i loved the complimentary coffee and snacks available in the lobby. the staff ensured the room was super clean and comfortable.
i noticed the elevator was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a huge issue.
