WOW, amazing hotel experience!

perfect location helpful staff great bed

location IS perfect. I could walk everywhere easily, what A DREAM! The staff helped me with directions, so i got where I needed to go. The bed felt great after A long day of sightseeing.

the elevator IS kinda slow.

The location is central. I walked to many places. the staff was helpful with directions. my room had blackout shades, and i slept very well. there was also a supermarket right next door, convenient.

the sink was outside of the bathroom in my room.

the location is superb close to major attractions and good restaurants i appreciated being a short walk from opera metro station the bed was very comfortable with high quality towels provided the blackout shades on the windows were effective at blocking out light

the room was small this felt noticeable despite managing fine with large suitcases

I appreciated the location. It was very close to the Royal Palace. a supermarket was conveniently nearby, as was a self-service laundromat. breakfast offered a great selection, providing good value for money. the staff was friendly and helpful.

i noticed the soundproofing was not ideal. conversations in the hallway were audible, even late at night. i could also hear noises from neighboring rooms, disruptive.

i found the staff accommodating regarding directions. the location was very convenient, a short walk from gran via. i also appreciated the proximity to the metro station, a very short distance away. the breakfast offered a decent selection (especially the pastries!).

ineffective air conditioning wardrobe refrigerator

the air conditioning wasn't effective. it could not be adjusted. the refrigerator was located inside the wardrobe, this caused significant heat in the room. this design is not conducive to a comfortable stay.
