I appreciated the ideal location and its peaceful yet central setting. The staff was really good. Their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness greatly contributed to my experience. The amenities offered everything i needed for a comfortable visit.
the price seemed a little high considering the overall standard, but it wasn't a major issue.

The studio room was spacious and modern, offering a super clean and cozy environment. A well-equipped kitchenette included crockery, wine glasses, utensils, a toaster, a kettle, two hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a microwave. There was a safe and double shower.

The hotel offered free coffee in the reception area. I enjoyed this amenity. The lounge provided a comfortable space to work, drink coffee or tea and relax. The grocery store was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

the staff was helpful.
The room was not cleaned daily. That was disappointing. the walls also seemed thin, as i often heard noise from the hallway. the lack of daily cleaning felt unusual for this price point.

the hotel was good we chose a room with a kitchenette and it had everything you could ask for
housekeeping could be improved i noticed some marks on my bedsheets and reported it to reception the housekeeping staff did not fix this despite repeat conversations i think specific housekeeping requests should be better handled

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great. I found it easy to reach points of interest. The lobby lounge was spacious. It offered comfortable work space and quality coffee.
The room price seemed too high. I observed limescale buildup in the shower. The temperature controls did not seem to work correctly. the beds separated often.
