small room separate building
the location was quite good , close to transport links.
i was given a quadruple room , but it felt smaller than advertised. it was also in a separate building behind the hotel , kind of like a shed. the staff did offer a different room , but that one was even smaller , so i stayed put.

Mixed feelings about the stay.
poor wi-fi noisy room
The wi-fi was not good. Internet calls and video calls kept failing. When I brought it to the attention of the management, i felt they were not interested. The room wasn't cleaned for three days even after asking. The room was noisy due to sounds coming from above, outside, and next door.

tram stop short walk safe area attentive staff poor wi-fi arrogant management noisy room
the location impressed me. the tram stop was just a short walk away. the area felt safe and cute. i also appreciated the staff! they were attentive and helpful.
the wi-fi WAS poor for video calls! the management arrogantly dismissed my concerns. the room was noisy from above.
