central location metro station free safe
the location was really central i think, near a pedestrian area. a metro station with two lines, a minute away, i use it a lot. the room also had a free safe, and was super clean.
the room thermostat seemed a little off, i couldn't get it quite right.

The location is very convenient for exploring. It has easy access to the metro. The staff was also helpful and polite. I found the bed to be quite comfortable.

cold air housekeeping delay
the room felt unacceptably cold despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat. it seems the cold air infiltrated through the window. also, house keeping did not service my room on the first day which necessitated a request.
