an okay stay overall
comfortable walking distance advantageous location unhelpful staff sound proofing
the location proved advantageous. the subway was close, and many attractions were within a comfortable walking distance.
the check-in staff were not helpful. the rooms were not sound proofed. i heard everything happening in the hallways throughout the night.

Convenient and Clean Stay
excellent location helpful staff clean room
The location is excellent near two metro stations and a bus route. Many cafes and bars are close. The reception staff was excellent. They were helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I appreciate that my room and bathroom were an excellent size and kept clean.
The safe was already open upon my return one day. Thankfully, nothing was missing from it.

Charmed by the Central Location and Comfy Room!!!
central location comfortable bed excellent personnel
The location was CENTRAL. It was easy to access the metro and city center. The breakfast service was commendable. The rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the excellent reception personnel.
The air conditioning controls did not work. The room was too warm at night. It was also too noisy to open the window to cool the room down.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh products, both sweet and savory options. The bar service was available. some simple cocktails were not available, sadly. The food was AMAZING!!! There were many nearby restaurants.

great location numerous food options spacious room faulty keys faulty usb ports missing toiletries
The location is good. It is close to the city center and Gran Via is within walking distance. There are many food options close to the hotel. The room was spacious.
The door keys did not work many times. The USB points were not working in the room. There was no conditioner or moisturizer available, only shampoo.
