moldy bathroom uninterested staff
the location was acceptable because it was close to major sites.
the room was not good. i do not believe there is any need for moldy bathrooms and it existed all around the shower. the staff were just not interested when i mentioned this.

my room included a safe and other useful amenities. the reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly . my room was large and quiet . the location of my room was also very quiet.
the check-in was a bit rushed. i expected more engagement during that process.

great location comfortable bed sensible prices broken toilet seat scratched walls no water
The location was great! I walked to every tourist spot with ease. The room had a big, comfortable bed. The mini bar had sensible prices and there was a coffee machine too.
I saw broken toilet seats and holes in the ceiling. Walls were scratched. There was no complimentary water.

The room was a triple room. the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. location was central to many attractions. This made getting around easy.
the check-in process felt a bit rushed and impersonal, unfortunately.
